This page is for those who would like to know what Crystals and Rocks (Minerals) are good for as far as for Meditation and some even use them for Ghost Hunting, especially the crystal's (Quartz). It has been said that if your house is built on land that has a lot of quartz or limestone on it that it may attract more residuals to the home. This however is just a theory as of yet, but it would be interesting to find out if this is true. I tend to think this is as I have tons of quartz all over my home and I guess over the years this has attracted some to my home. 1. Iolite: This stone is best used for the "Third Eye". Good for healing for the head and helps with spiritual growth!

2. Larimar Stone: This stone is said to have a connection to Atlantis. It comes in the colors of aqua and is good for the discovering the meaning of why we are here. It also brings peace.

1. Quartz: Quartz of any kind is a very good transmitter as far as energy goes. There is also evidence that Quartz maybe some causes of "Residuals Hauntings" if your house or building is is built on some Quartz. Mountainous areas are prone to this such thing

4. Tourmaline: It comes in Black, Pink, and Green. All are different in what they do. They all help you to enhance sensitivity. "Pink" is good for love and attracts love----Green is good for path way for the "Third Eye" and "Black" is good for anything negative. Helps you repel it.
